OUR STORY

The Family PACT was inspired by a simple but powerful gift left behind by John’s late father, Duncan — a thoughtfully organized binder containing the important details of life, all in one central location.  From accounts and passwords to personal notes and wishes, nothing was left to chance.  When our Dad passed, what could have been an overwhelming and difficult time instead became a source of clarity and peace of mind for both of us.

 

Duncan was an accountant by trade and remarkably tech-savvy long before technology became part of everyday life. He was attentive to detail, highly organized, and believed strongly in being prepared — qualities that shaped both his professional and personal life. 

 

That experience showed us how valuable it can be to have your information organized and accessible — not only during life’s unexpected moments, but also for everyday preparedness.

This is why we created The Family PACT!  

 

It was designed to honour Duncan’s legacy and encourage others to create that same sense of clarity for themselves and for those who matter most in their lives.  We wanted to provide a solution similar to the one our Dad left for us: a simple, organized way to consolidate important information and keep it accessible when it matters most.
