You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Shipping

The Family PACT currently ships physical products within Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

The Family PACT is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
